This hotel feels like a survivor in decline. The amenities are outdated and rundown. Our room smelled of mold from the broken air conditioning, with faulty light switches and even bathroom lights not working. On arrival, the first room flooded, and the replacements offered were worse. Over a two-night stay, we had to change rooms three times, each time wasting hours waiting for the next one to be prepared, without any compensation.
The elevators had filthy glass that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Breakfast was €40 per person, yet extremely basic and served slowly. On our final evening, the rooftop restaurant—despite charging premium prices—was out of half the menu, including beef and fish.
It is baffling how this property holds “Leading Hotels of the World” status. If anything, it’s leading in decline. I will not return and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Great hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!
